    Show me your carpet decals

Looking for ideas. Especially if you have a Triton. Let’s see them.

I wouldn't want any decals on my carpet.

As much as I think they're a cool selling point for those sponsored...they sure do discolor and ruin the carpet when applied / removed.
Been fishin' since I was 5 years old...Thanks Grandpa!

Ive changed mine multiple times. Never had any issues. The only thing ive noticed... Is the carpet underneath is the only clean spot.

I have a triton, and will post a few pics tonight.

Not a triton, obviously, but, here are mine. I've always run Mercury's and Gary Loomis gave me $1200 worth of X shafts back when I was playing for a living 30+ years ago (no telling what they'd cost today)....so I don't feel the least bit foolish. Plus, once I'd extended my casting deck it looked like a sea of gray.....and I HATED it.

Btw, mine got something "rust colored" on them (nothimg on the carpet) and I cannot get it off. If anyone has a suggestion I'm ALL ears....😉

Looked is some boats at the mlf Cayuga event. Numerous decals were all coming loose, all bunched up. Actually looked very dirty also. They must have to change them out every event to even look remotely nice.

100%.....if I were attempting to buy a tour pro's boat the condition of the decals would be a relevant clue as to the condition of the boat.

IF you install them correctly and take care of them they look pretty good even after a lot of use. If you forget either/and they look like crap and reasonably quickly.

I keep my boat reasonably clean and organized. A mystery substance got on my carpet, carpet decals, and effectively ruined the decals. These rust colored stains will not come off, and I've tried multiple cleaners. I have avoided really harsh cleaners due to fear of fouling up the carpet. I'm hoping to locate a harsher/more aggressive cleaner and try and clean them up.
