Since we lost our pup back in January I wasn't sure if or when we would get another dog. This guy showed up at the local beagle rescue after being hit by a car at the end of June. The rescue took him in and paid his medical bills - he had a broken jaw and broken pelvis. He had to have the top of his femur removed which will cause one back leg to be shorter for the rest of his life. He's only 18 months old and my wife and I thought we could give him a really good life. He has the sweetest disposition and is the best behaved dog I've ever seen. We are currently fostering him but will be adopting him in a few weeks when he is medically cleared.
