Is it worth it?
I have a 97 Procraft 180. My motor is on it's way out.
The hull is in decent shape.
I need to re-upholster the seats, the carpet is in good shape it just needs to be re-glued in spots.
I can get a 2011 150 Mercury Verado, with only 148 hrs on it.
Final cost after adding the new DTS controls and installation will be around $13,000.
Do you think it is worth it? Or should I look for a cheaper option.

You will spend that on a newer boat that still has a used motor with unknown condition. You know your boat in and out. I say if it does everything you want repower
