I assume this is in case your keypad dies?? There’s two of them in the plastic ammo box they gave me with the new boat but nobody said anything about where to use them and I looked through the Ranger manual in the ammo box and see nothing about this key either??

I have heard that there is an emergency key, but call your dealer to learn the details. They surely know. Or call my dealer; they are always glad to help/explain.

red ones are for the compartment locks kinda of bulky and not well made so never thought of them being for the compartment latches
