Help with update that allows the use of power poles

Ok I have ECHOmap UHD 93sv with the lastest update and connected to the NMEA 2K backbone but I can not get the power poles to work off the Garmin interface. It dose show up on the menu and the gateway shows up on the device list. Anyone know why it is not working or am I missing something.

You need the C Monster gateway to do this

First, i think you have to have the latest power pole C2.0 they make and also need the C-Monster gateway for N2K network.

I couldn't get mine to work on my 126 SV this past weekend either. I have the Cmonster Gateway and the latest firmware in the graphs, pumps and everything. Works just fine on my Lowrance HDS Live.

Same here works with Lowrance HDS Live 9 but not with the Garmin.

Check your software version on the Power-Pole C-Monster Gateway? It needs to be version 61 for compatibility. Also, see this thread from another board where some customers had to temporarily move the gateway close to the powerpole pumps for initial syncing.

Ok I have a working power pole with the Garmin 93sv. I want to thank Power pole who work with me to find what was needed to get to work. First the gateway needs to be at .61, second and the most import thing it only works with thw power pole CM2 pump units. I hope this helps everyone else. TKS Power pole.

How are guys pulling stuff up on the Garmin units? My 93SV sees the gateway, it is the .61 software version. I just can't seem to see any buttons or way to add that function to my unit. Thanks for any help.

The PP controls are accessed via an overlay bar (either Top or Bottom). This is under the Configure page or combo menu, Edit Overlays, then either Top Bar or Bottom Bar.

I will try that today. I went back and read the Garmin update releases and it appears the 93sv plus is not compatible with the Power Pole integration.

Spoke with Garmin today and verified... the 93sv PLUS unit is not compatible with the Power Pole integration. So... I will be installing a drop cable to run up to the bow unit which is a 102sv Ultra. He did verify that it was compatible.
