i just got this lower out of the shop where it was torn down and checked. Gears were perfect. New seals were added, and new water pump installed. Drive shaft was repaired with the spraying technique. Should never have a problem with the shaft pitting again. $3000.00 . I bought this to go on my 2.5L but changed to a 3L Optimax so don't need. Swept skeg and all new bearings installed also. Local pick up only. SOLD AND GONE thanks BBC.
