Last i saw about it that it was closed to any and all activities to the public and has always been that way. It's purpose is to supply water to the waste water treatment facility.
I know they stocked it, not sure why if they never planned to open it to the public
easy way to have a GOOD OLE BOY PRIVATE POND suported by the public's pocket buck .Probly stocked with F1 bass...lol
