    Rod sleeves aka rod socks

I bought some of these and when I put them on a rod that
has a double lure on the line the hooks get caught,if I have just 1 lure I can pull the sleeve down just above the hooks..any ideas how to keep hooks from snagging on the nylon sleeve?
    Thanks

    Hook it on the reel.

I can't do that when I have 2 jigs tied on...the top jig hooks the sleeve.

    Double jig rig? Sounds interesting.

As for the rod socks, some of them you can roll up the bottom so it only covers up to the guides. You can also buy these, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081TP2KJ9...dDbGljaz10cnVl

I use the lure wraps on treble hook baits, don't see why it wouldn't work on a single hook.

Not really designed to be used with hooks on any eyelet.

Try a lure cover. Several retailers sell them. 03F898EB-6BE3-4C91-B027-566F699C9CA1.jpeg
