    I might have to pay cash for an ultra skiff or a kayak...sheesh! You'd be paying for a whole nother boat in interest alone financing for 20 years!

    Hard to believe but they do it all the time. I will keep my 2 paid for 521's no way in hell I would spend today's price for a bass boat and I got to spend.

    I can tell you first hand that on 7/26 I was offered a rate of 7.25% on a 10 year note for 35k on an older boat. That’s with a 740 score. I know thats not on brand with original post of over 60k refinance, I’m just putting it out there as a bench mark of information.

    Somebody might have a higher rate bought at less than prime credit rating. Maybe they’ve improved their credit worthiness. You can’t assume anything about others finances. You never know.
