I have a few but probably not enough to ship
Been discontinued for several years, don't know why as they are great for tubes.
One tip I've done is to solder the clip onto the hook shank, helps them last longer.
I have 5 of the 3/0 L150G and 8 of the 1/0 L150G Shaw Grigsby HP Tube hooks by Eagle Claw if interested.
