    2022 fxr21 250 SHO

With the engine off, If I trim the motor, all of my dash gauges turn on. Dealer is 2 hrs away. I'm guessing loose ground somewhere? Where should I be looking?

One thing I found out is that on my FXR 2021 all Hummingbird units are wired direct to battery and when you put your cover on you might accidentally turn on the unit without your knowledge drawing down your main battery. Came this way from dealer. Now I leave covers off while in storage.

I have about 11 hours on it currently. It just started doing this a few days ago.

My 2020 FXR and my 22 FXR both do this. Anytime I raise or lower the motor while the boat is off the lights come on. I asked the dealer when I noticed it on my 2020 model and he said it was normal, never really thought about it again. Maybe I had the only two that do that from day one then, who knows

I guess it's possible I just didn't notice it until recently.

Trailered in the rain this past weekend. Everything in both rod lockers were soaking wet.
Dried everything out and poured water around the lip around lockers and almost all bolts leaked water.
    Pretty dissapointed

Yep, and the FXR series leak worse than any of my FX models did. I plan on sealing them all eventually but I think thats why Skeeter is going back to a fiberglass deck.

My '16 ZX225 lockers get wet when I think they shouldn't... its not a lot of water but enough to wet carpet and anything fabric ie life vest, throw cushion etc for sure. Did the pour water test but didn't see any water coming in - so still trying to track it down.
