    Champion model confusion

I'm in the process of buying a very clean 1999 Champion boat. it is a 20' DC with a 200 Rude on the rear and is sitting on a single axle trailer. We don't know the model number. I'm confident that its not a 203 Elite, but how do I tell if its a 198, 201 02 202? is that purely based on hull length?287363064_5258037414282600_949562033752137153_n.jpg

    It's not a 198, 190's were rated at 200 hp. Back then?

The Champion font on the boat and trailer doesn't look like a '99 either, unless the previous owner retrofitted it.

Is the motor tag still on the swivel bracket? You can decode the letters and get the model year of the motor.
