Looking for an excellent waterproof Z18 tarp 12 x 20

First 2 tarps had issues with flaking then with water in middle dripping a lot onto floor...
could go $150 if its really water proof...12 by 20 feet...
on my 3rd new tarp in 7 months so need a rated waterproof one that does not flake off but lasts 2 years in NE Florida...
found another brand that is 4.8/5 and says its waterproof but a post here is always worthy...

OK so nobody cares...I never needed one until we moved to a new flip house with no decent boat parking at all so its in the back yard

Home Depot online order was not a bad price. Lasted two years, so I ordered two at a time. I ordered 12 x 24 and covered the motor as well. Used bungy cords to trailer to complete tie down.

I use a black tarp from tractor supply 12 x 24. 12 x 24 covers the motor. This tarp is black with steel rings around the edges. Mine is a year old and still holding up. Even made it through Hurricane Ida last year.

Tarps Plus online seems best... some makers have a tarp that flakes off like crazy in a few months...big ugly mess
....wasted my $$$...
now have a tan one with a white backup...
13" anchors tucked in closer to boat now and b cords 24-36"...b cords vary a lot in quality!
