Looking for a great magnum square bill rod to throw 1oz-2oz square bills. Prefer something under 7'6," since often not making long casts. I have quite a few 7'6"-8' rods that could do the job pretty well but wondering if a Phenix X11 may be a good choice or if there is another rod you would recommend. THANK YOU!

Tatula 7’3” swimbait rod TTU731HRB-SB. Also makes a great chatterbait rod.
I use a 72H Hyuga which is really a H+. You can't get these anymore unless you import from the used Japanese rod market. The 74H+ Valkaryie looks like the perfect stick but are pricy from a US vendor with US warranty but pretty affordable if you buy from Japan.
I've been using a Phenix Composite CB X-11 the last two seasons for the 1oz spro rats, the 40 size, and big sq bills. Rod is rated for 1-3oz. I haven't used anything over 1.5oz, but I am very happy with the rod. Believe their $200 on TW.
