submitted mine on 05/9/22 and received today. No problem activating it.

I submitted my paperwork June 14th. It still says processing but in the column it also says declined. I call the other day and left a voicemail and have not heard back, so I just called and left another voicemail. Hopefully they can call me back soon to clarify things
