Heading to Tainter Lake the first week in August. Going for 4 days with the family. Was going to bring the bass boat. Wondering if anyone has ever fished it. Looks like it’s connected to Lake Menomin. I appreciate the info. We know a faintly who has a house there, which is why we are going. They don’t fish though. Any information would be greatly appreciated

Yes tainter is connected but there is a dam between the two. I went to school in Menomonie and spent a lot of time on Tainter, send me a PM if you want some spots to fish

Menomin can be a lot of fun. Up the river mostly. Way up the river just past the boat landing is a fun little area too.
