Salvageable mercury 250 for parts?

Is this worth any money to part out or sell on marketplace as a whole? Or entire thing need to be scraped? What’s a good asking price, if any at all?

Front is burnt but back appears to be okay. Hoping certain parts are salvageable.

250 mercury . Probably a 2019-2021 motor
