    Dividend Lovers

Went through my list yesterday of some stocks I wanted to own just to see where they were. Looked at VFC that hit a 52 week low yesterday in the 44 range. Fwd P/E 13.09 and a 4.53% yield. Only bought a half position because it is consumer discretionary and may fall further. If it drops into the mid 30's I will buy the other half. Really starting to see some decent yields on some higher quality stocks.

I will check VFC out. They were good in the past also and I don’t think they suspended their dividend in down times.

Been buying these Dividend stocks on the dips: VZ, T, MMM, DLR, and OMF. Also been buying DVN and PXD due to the nice drop in oil and their dividend is juicy.

Real estate guys, real estate. Vacant lands are what we're scooping up now.
Best "bang for the buck" within the market, a.k.a. the clean hands approach ...
RE funds owning apartment complexes, look at AIV & others in the market.

I have about 9% of my portfolio in REITS right now. I own AVB for apartment exposure but looking to add MAA if it falls enough since they are more focused in the Southeast.

    American Campus Communities ... ACC.
Tad late for the big push, but it's fine, IMO.
Blackrock sucked them up just recently.

I own Blackstone so I guess I will own that one when they take them over.

I keep buying TSLA on dips. Hoping I can get some at $500. 10-15 years from now I think TSLA will be paying a dividend.

I keep waiting for the day GOOGL announces a dividend. If they ever announce a dive the stock will really pop. It is really not trading at a growth multiple anymore so maybe if it is nearing maturity a dividend will be forthcoming.

    Nitro,
VF Corp hold some of my favorite brands, and I can assure you that I am no kid by a looong stretch with the possibility of some being bought by members of this forum.

Here are its products under the North Face, Timberland, Smartwool,- excellent boxer briefs, Icebreaker, Altra, Vans, Supreme, Kipling, Napapijri, Eastpak, JanSport, Dickies, and Timberland PRO brand names.
I think you made a good choice since these are necessary things.
