Starting tonight will be cooking a whole brisket, 2 Boston butts, 8 slabs of ribs, roll of bologna and a whole chicken. This for a family reunion and some stuff just to eat.

Nada ... going to the beach, gonna lay up, dine out, watch fireworks, etc.
I'm the lawn boy, sexy repairman, personal chef and more. Vacation time.
We're pretty good about giving me a break at every major holiday period.
Once we're back, I've been tasked with baby back ribs & macaroni salad.

Just the wife and I so it was a pan seared ribeye for me and a pan seared bone in pork chop for her. Scalloped potatoes, broccoli salad and portobello mushrooms on the side. Was delicious

Smoked a 12# pork butt. Once done shredded it for carnitas. Homemade pico and pickled red onions.
