Dixie has been there forever. Can't say I've heard anything bad about them ever for what its worth.

For the local dealer it would be, Dixie. Been there forever and have sold a ton of boats. They can be backed up though.

I have personally had two bad experiences and I know someone else who got shafted by Dixie also. They will never work on my boat again. I also have good friends who love the place. Best of luck with whoever you choose. The fishing sucks here though.

Dixie marine in Fairfield gets my vote. They do get backed up mark and Eric will take care of you.

I deal with Knox Marine which is a drive for you but my buddy uses Dixie Marine and loves them. My Ranger is originally from there. Still has their logo on the back.

I bought my boat from Dixie and have been happy with there service. I thought I was having a problem once and Rudy said can you bring it in tomorrow I did and it was mostly user error on my part. I have heard positive reviews on Knox also but that’s a much longer drive.

Don't want to sidetrack this conversation but I believe that dixie just picked up another boat brand to sell. I forget who it is. So I would be shocked to see them going away anytime soon. You are seeing Knox do the same thing with Vexus. Things are changing with Ranger I feel like and it's going to be hard to only sell that one brand going forward. Just my opinion. But I called on a boat at dixie a while back and he noted to me on the phone that they will also be selling "x" brand now. I just forget off the top of my head who it was.
