I read on another thread about it and bought one. I just installed it on my Nitro Z20 trailer. I found 2 problems: 1. The manual handle won’t work because it hits the boat, 2. Neither my cordless 20 volt drill nor a 3/8” electric drill have enough power to raise my boat. Is there a better option?

I see there is a 2k lb and 5k lb option. Which size did you buy?

These jacks are generally fairly simple, if you bought the correct size then I would think you got a bad one.
