Units won't stay locked to transducer

I have a Carbon 12 on bow and Carbon 9 on Console. It seems that they lock in on the opposite transducer. I pull up trolling motor and see the Carbon 12 still reading. Looks and see it is getting reading off the Carbon 9.

Someone educate me please.

Pages, Settings, Sonar, turn off Network Sonar.
Pages, Settings, Network, Data Sources, set everything to Scope, Local (follow the onscreen instructions) then set the source for depth/temp on each unit to This Unit.
