    Carbon set-up for sidescan

I have 2 carbons 9" one up front and one on the console, both connected with NMEA and ethernet and point one. Yesterday I wanted to run sidescan and downscan up front but I'm using the built in transducer on my ultrex ,isn't it possible to use the sidescan ,downscan from the console unit and have it show up front or not???

Yes its possible, being both units are connected via Ethernet, it comes down to settings.
Sounds like you need to setup the bow unit to use the console unit as the source for structure scan (side/down).

Yes - with the way you have it hooked up - on side or down scan on the front - source should be from your back Carbon 9 unit. Make sure under settings and sonar, that both channel one and two are on for that front unit.

On the unit with no structurescan transducer connected, open the structurescan-view. Then open the menu (top right corner), and click on frequency. There you choose the unit with a structurescan transducer connected as source.
