20xd prop suggestions

I have a 2002 20xd with just a 200 efi merc. I’m running a mazco 26 hp 4 prop. It struggles to come out of the hole in this hot weather but in the cooler months it’s not bad. I’m looking for suggestions for a
prop that will give me a good hole shot an also maintain performance on top end. I have a 24 trophy that came on the boat when I bought it. Hole shot
is good with it but it flattens out real quick towards the top.

What RPM's did the 24 turn? I would think a 26 trophy would run well on that.

When I had a 20 XD with a 2.5 EFI 200 it ran good with a 27 Tempest. Also ran fast with a 28 Chopper but holeshot was bad.

I had a nosecone with low water pickup and 1.87 gear ratio.

It will hit the limiter with the 24 trophy like I said hole shot is good an then it just pretty much sucks. The mazco ph 4 runs out good just no hole shot in the heat. The Rpms run too 5800 give or take a little

I tried a 25 tempest an it just had no lift or speed in it. The lower on mine is just a stock unit, it does have the side scoops an a couple holes plugged.
