    Here for 4 days anyone do any bank fishing for bass or trout here close

    You can go to bass lake in blowing rock. It has bass in it. Watauga river has trout and smallmouth.

    Thanks , I did look at bass lake yesterday, didn’t fish was out hiking with wife , lots of pads there

    Yeah it gets a lot of pads in the summer. I have fished it in the spring and caught some decent ones.
