Fished it Saturday and it was hot and mean. My grandson and I ground out 3 keepers and were proud of them. We caught a bunch of shorts and I mean a bunch. Not sure what has happened to the keeper size year class of fish.

Same experience last few trips for me. Sadly it’s not like we are the only ones and the tourney results prove that. One good bag in skeeter and the rest were sucky. They aren’t gone, but they sure got tight lips!
That good bag in the skeeter would’ve been just like the others had they not had a 6 pounder

thats a monster in eufaula this time of year. Really about any time of year other than feb and march
I think We’ll move on to Texoma now. Eufaula has tortured us so far this year. LOL!
