when making heading adjustments on my ulterra, it makes about 4 times more noise when rotating clockwise vs rotating counterclockwise. is there a way to lub or to otherwise quiet this loud rotational noise that it makes?

I would call a repair center. It is probably the steering motor. Especially if you are still under warranty. Bob
Tell me where has a slow movin' once quick draw outlaw got to go
Rotation se is an indication the steering module is going out. I would get it replaced especially if it is still under warranty.
