    Vessel View Link

Hello all. Purchased VVL and would like to install on a Ranger 521L with a 300 Pro XS ser#2B781704. Currently have the Merc monitor that i would like to keep connected in addition to the VVL.
Merc monitor has a 14 pin harness and VVL has a 10 pin harness.
    Anyone running this set up?

    Thanks.

MercMonitor actually has a 10-pin harness (it's just 14 pins at the instrument end).

Follow that harness down to the 10-pin connection, and see if it's a Male-Male Junction Adapter harness, OR if it's a Junction Box.

If you have a J-Box, you can simply pug the VVL into an open port (and if no open port is available, or you don't have a J-Box, you'll need one of those also).

Of course, you'll need a NMEA-2000 Network (also).
