I purchased this 02 boat with its original Yamaha hpdi 200 outboard. From what I was told the boat was struck by lightning while it was out on a mooring. I have confirmed this with the VHF, stereo, and radar all being torched inside.

So the engine:
Good compression, cranks just fine, clean.

Gauges not working (unknown hours- but look's to be on the low side).
The wiring harness and everything visually looks good.
The PBT fuse was blown and when I reinstall a fuse it Powers up the fuel injectors, even with the key off and then will blow. I have tried changing the ECU, injector driver (both used) without any change. When I installed a new fuse in the PBT fuse slot it's still clicks and energizes be fuel injectors.

Is there a proper way to go through this engine to diagnose the electrical system, is there also a way to test the injectors?
If I pull all the connectors off of the fuel injectors the fuse will not blow. Again all of this is done with the key off. Key on same thing.

PLEASE HELP!!!!
