New Mercury 400 Verado vessleview install
I can not find the 10 pin connector for the vesselview mobile to plug into on new Merc 400 Verado...is it compatible with this engine???

WHICH "VesselView" are you trying to plug into your 400 Verado? There are a number of Smartcraft Products that fall under the "VesselView" line.

I apologize, it's the vessel view mobile...all the installation videos/tutorials I've come across show a fairly easy to find yellow "terminator" cap on the end that you pop off, plug in the vessel view cables and put the terminator cap back on the other side. I can not locate anything similar to that in the Verado 400.

Most of those videos are for a 150 or smaller.
Verado rigging already has all of the wiring at the console end. Locate the J-box under the console, and see if you have an open port (with just a cap). If so, remove cap, plug in VVM, and you're done. DO NOT attempt to add any resistors on this engine model.
