    <OT862351>

    What's the resistance reading on Optimax plug wires. I have 4 that read in the .7 to .793 range .. one reads 1.039 and one reads 2.55 this is on the 20k setting. those last 2 out of range to you guys?

    Please remember to provide your engine serial number when posting. Thanks!

    The last one most definitely.

    Readings will vary, but they should all be quite close. Make sure that no part of your body is contacting the metal portion of your test leads, though.

    Sorry 2004 Optimax 150 OT862351

    Ive made a few posts about my woes with this engine but I finally have it running very nice now .. if it will just stay that way . I went through all the wires I have and used the 6 with the least resistance. and ordered a new set to be on the safe side. Also replaced #1 and #4 coils and the driver for that pair. Those things really woke it up. I appreciate you guys giving me advise through all this . Ive learned a lot.
