Chippewa River from Durand to Eau Claire

Any info on bass fishing appreciated. Catch and release guy. Can I use an aluminum boat here?

I use to fish this all the time when I was a kid. We would pound the Smallies. Yes you can use a boat but there were shallow spots so be careful. We use to use a black jig head with a yellow or white Mr. Twister.
