    Removable Console ...

    Hey guys, I have one these on my cougar and noticed it's loose. I tried tightening it, but it's still a little loose. Any tips???

    There is a nut on the back side that is large and twists on the housing.

    Those plastic retaining nuts on the back side need to be tight. Reach in anyway possible and check them.

    What year model boat?
    I get the removeable console option with every Eyra I get. They have made some changes thought the various years. You have a side connection and 2 in the Rod box. But on mine it is a general tighting to the underside console nut/things. I use my long nose pliers inset them
    sideways and that does the trick.

    2019 Cougar FTD...I messed around with the bolts and was able to get them little tighter. The plastic things in the rod box where very secure.
