    Question on grilling veggies...

Folks, chime in and give me your preferences on what veggies, oils, seasonings and methods you use to grill veggies.

I usually go with red onions, zucchini, butternut, carrots, small taters, red, yellow and orange peppers (don't like green bells), toss them in a little olive oil and lightly sprinkle them with salt, pepper, dried garlic and rosemary, then on the grill in one of those skillet looking things with the holes in it. Grill till edges start to char then eat them while hot.

They're very good, but I'm ready to explore other veggies, methods, seasonings, etc.

    What y'all got???

I grill asparagus at least once a week. Olive Oil S&P, Garlic is my standard. Tony Chacheres occasionally for a little spice. Garlic and Parmesan is another favorite. I also like grilled brussel sprouts, with just some Olive oil and S&P finish it with a sweet glaze of some sort. Could be Balsamic, Asian style, or honey bourbon depending on what the rest of the meal consists of.
