    Bone Creek yesterday

IT WAS HOT!!! My body was not ready for the heat yesterday. Drank 5 bottles of water and one big gatorade while fishing. Did manage one nice one that won me big bass. It was the toughest day I have ever had on that lake. One a few bite and 4 fish.

Nice! Been a while since I've been on that pond. Is it loaded with standing timber? Seems that's what I remember.

I've heard it's been getting tougher the last couple years. Did the state introduce saugeye into Bone Creek?

If they did, I have never caught one. It had a bumper crop of bass fry though this year. Fry all over the place.

Is it still a gravel road down to the boat ramp?

The gravel kind of sucks, but it would get hammered even more if it was paved.
