Yea they should have done their homework
They just drop in and start plunking on all the established events
Not good especially sense there are so many open dates

Just in case they are looking from what I can tell the following dates are open on St Clair
(let me know if I missed an event on one of these dates)

    July 9
July 24 – maybe not so good sense they have one on the 23rd
    August 20
    August 28
    September 10 & 11
    September 17

Jobbie Nooner Friday, BFL Saturday, MQ and Payback Sunday. Temps in the 90's . Going to be a busy weekend. Take care of them fish and don't end up in any Nooner vidoes.

I agree fish management is going to be an important issue

Dave Reault did a good video on this reminding us that we had a cold spring and now with temps in the 90’s the surface water is a lot warmer than the deeper water most of the fish are going to be caught in so make sure to keep those pumps running and have a lot of ice and livewell treatment handy

seems like you could have called them and offered them help instead of complaining after the season starts? Just my humble opinion. Can’t change dates after the season starts.

Great reminder. Nothing pisses me off more this time of year after silly season has ended and you see local and visitors at the launch releasing dying or dead fish. It the redneck tourneys that really irk me. Guys pulling out 5 fish for no more than 12-13 pounds talking about what a great day it was and three 2 pounders belly up because they boiled all day in their live well.

Eliminate any tournaments or have a camera and take a picture!

14 bags over 20 lbs. 24.05 won the BFL. The local stars cleaned up as normal. Should be big weights for the derby tomorrow. Be safe out there.

    Old Guys Rule

I stunk it up in the payback so I'm not sure how many Terry had at the Monster Quest

Terry had 14 boats - not enough to cover the $500 drawing for prepaids I was told by a participant. BAM had 2 boats. Hopefully lesson learned by all three derbys.

That is one in a series

They aren’t doing an open over hear this year like they did last year

Let’s hope they learned their lesson on releasing fish here
We had the DNR watching all the events here for the rest of the season because of that

They might draw a couple more boats than BAM but nothing like the open last year

Their second one in the series is on Saginaw Bay on another CFB date

Now that the heat is here, I’m getting my ass handed to me.
Cant seem to find them again. Literally trying every fow with multiple applications.
I don’t know how these tourney guys get it done.

I’ve been at the mouth of the main channel, the lighthouse, all areas of the mile roads, dumping grounds, anchor bay, all areas out of metro and it’s been a drag to say the least.

Not asking for help but I’ll catch anything you guys are throwing lol
