Guide Repair for Friend.

I just repaired this guide for a friend. The guide was in perfect shape but one foot came loose. Instead of cutting the old thread epoxy off I just sanded it just enough to make it rough so that I could over wrap the existing thread. Turned out ok
and didn’t have to risk cutting into the rod. I know the thread does not match but it should work.

The blank and thread colors remind me of the short lived Shimano Canis rods from the early 90's.
