    Triton 18TRX front compartment gas strut

    Can someone post a picture where the gas strut should go on the large front compartment of the 18 TRX? I ordered one since mine did not have a gas strut, but it didn’t work. Also, what is the size, compression lb, item number, and maker of of strut that works. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Mine came with twin 15" 60lb. They are attached to the vertical reinforcements under the lid. One on the left side and one on the right.
