    Still Pre Spawn?

How unusual is this? I caught one on Eucha yesterday that was sure enough as full of eggs
as she could be! She weighed right at 5. Big healthy girl, she was sitting in 15 feet of water. Getting
a little late to still be prespawn don’t you think? I mean I could have caught that fish 3 months ago
and not thought much of it but June 11? Thought it was odd🤷*♂️

I've always heard that some bass spawn all through out the summer months, just not as many and not as shallow.
    Don't worry Ma'am....
    I'm only here for the
    Bass.

It's been a messed up year here. Bass and crappie I've caught the past few weeks are still full of eggs. The crappie eggs look rotten.

A lot of fish won’t spawn and absorb their eggs. Happens every year, this year may be one for the record books. Seems like small lake fish found a window and got it done. The bigger lake fish still have me thinking many never did the deed. Very weird spawn this year, and im sure in 2-3 years we see an age gap on the fish populations. Be hard to catch 14’s and will be a lot of smaller fish and 3lbers
