2012 Etec 250HO dropped both center cylinders - thoughts????

Looking for any feed back on similar experience, 2012 Etec 250 HO dropped the #3 & #4 cylinders (zero compression). Motor has 250hrs on it and was serviced at the dealer last fall. Was running down the lake and just lost power. No alerts or alarms and had good water pressure. Generally cylinder failure is from over heat or lack of lubrication - the crazy thing is that the other 4 cylinders are still at 120psi.
I really didn’t think my post was hard to read so I’ve tried to be more descriptive - sorry for any confusion.

Please explain what you mean by “dropped” cylinders and cylinders “die”.
Are these cylinders misfiring or have you performed compression tests and compression is low?

injectors leaned out and scored cylinder walls maybe? or oiling issues? any metal seen on compression tester hose from cylinders?

Got to take to it apart now to see what has happened

Gonna pull it off and re-power, sell the whole thing with controls for parts
I spun the prop and heard a noise - found a wrist pin, bearing cage and an un-identified metal part in the exhaust housing

could get a power head or have chris carson rebuild it but need to find out what caused the issues first also
