    Tilt/trim issue

    1994 Mercury EFI 150. #0G105480
The tilt/trim motor started raising the motor all on it’s own today. I had to hold the switch to stop it and managed to burn out or short something. Unfortunately, it is not the fuse. Any ideas as to how much damage I did?
    Thanks!

Fuse near the starter solenoid is good?

Check the switches- usually caused by corrosion or moisture in a switch (bow switch, cowling switch, etc).
