I learned my lesson a few weeks ago thinking I was buying a sale. I'm on the sidelines for a while longer myself.
couldn't help myself, I bought some more TSLA and META. These are what I like to call trading trades or trading shares unless they turn into investment shares

NVIDIA is getting close to a level where I can sell some puts on it. If the fed jumps .75 next week it may drop enough.
I am having my broker put together a structured note that will pay 7.25% a year on a monthly basis for 3 years. The interest payments will be contingent on RTY/NDX/INDU not falling more than 40% during any month during the next 3 years based on the baseline level. The baseline will be established end of close on June 16 (which is right after the Fed's next meeting). Principal is protected unless it mature in 3 years and an index is 50% lower than they were on the baseline date. If it falls 51% by the maturity date the I lose 1% principal, if it is down 60% then I lose 10% principal. It is callable quarterly. Not putting much in (less the .5% of the account) but seemed like a reasonable bet.

My broker can do it with a minimum of $250,000.00. I gave him some parameters and he put the offer out there to some of the banks (i.e Morgan Stanley, Citigroup etc.). I didn't put that much in but he has other clients and gives them the parameters I gave him and if he gets enough of his clients to subscribe then they will put the note together.

NVDA is dropping. I may sell a put under 100 once it drops another 20 points.
Added some TROW today. 4.5% yield and just couldn't pass it up.

I’d love to know where the money is going now that they’ve rotated out of oil.
Is it the threats from the administration or some deal from OPEC?
Rumor is that the oil markets are sniffing out a resolution to the Ukraine war. Lower oil prices could be really good for the stock market.

That would be great if the Russian/Ukraine war resolved itself both on an economic and humanitarian level.
I bought JETS, XLF, SPY and QQQ first thing this morning on the discounts. I'm red on FPFD, PFD and PFFA, but those are preferred stock ETF. Getting some of these ETF on sale is a good thing...
I did 1/5 of my gambling money and holding the rest for future down moves, which will likely happen...
