The 25P will be faster with a light load.

I would guess about 5845 with a 24P and 5612 with the 25P, assuming that the efficiency and mph stayed about the same which they probably won't. If the motor makes more HP at 5600 or 5800 than 6100 you will likely pick up a little speed.
