The GPS function of both units are the same.
What is "travel lines"==Current Track or SAVED Tracks?

That is Current Track with default solid red line. It is not saved in the unit’s waypoint library and has a max length that
deletes the beginning to add to the end when the max length is reached. You have to intentionally stop tracking to not have it.
    Do a Restore Defaults.

Thanks for your service. All that stuff is in the navigation section in the manual. Save a track of your choosing then turn off the current track if that is the only track you want to see. Bob
