Made this one today to go on some grill fried wings I made on the kettle with a Vortex.
Equal parts butter and Sriracha (1 stick butter to 1/2 cup Sriracha) and 2-3 cloves of fine minced garlic. Melt butter, add sauce and garlic, simmer for a bit, coat wings. Big hit I'll guarantee.
