I like Island Cove Marina. You get a slip with your room and Chester is a 5 minute boat ride...

Dayton Blue Water should work for you. They have there own ramp also very close to Chester Frost ramp.

Try PB Lodge in Dayton. Has garages for your boats. Just stayed there Monday thru Wednesday. Very nice rooms and a thirty second ride to the ramp.
I stayed at Home Town Inn. Not the friendliest people and my room wasn't the cleanest. Although it may be OK if your in a bind.
Dayton Blue Water is a loonnnggg way from Chester Frost ramp. At least 30+ minutes on the water, on a calm day with no boat traffic and 40 minutes by road.
There aren't a lot of lodging options close to Chester Frost Park. Plenty in Dayton but, as noted, 40+ minutes away.
I guess it was a different ramp that was close by they served breakfast sometime.
