Helix 10 Mega 360 Beds (SCREENSHOTS)

How can I improve my image capturing based from what you see? Looking for advice.

So will be that much more in depth when I shorten the range on 360. What do you typically run your sensitivity/contrast

I don't have a "typical". I don't pay any attention to the setting numbers, I go by the way the image looks. I change as needed, when needed, as often as needed.

When I find a bed like this, I lower the range until the bed is just barely inside the outer ring. That way it is as detailed and as zoomed as it can be.

Yes Slydoggie, was in 2 ft. Shallow in the 360’images with beds. Changed my 360 palette color to try. Marked some fish and some rock ridges. But couldn’t get any bass to bite. Some images for you guys

I'm heading to Reelfoot Lake in West TN on Sunday for a 4 day Bluegill fishing trip with my brother. The Bluegill there are huge (for Bluegill that is).

The Bluegill should be on the beds in 3 to 4 ft of water and we slayed them last year with Mega 360 (catch & release). I'm looking forward to adding my Mega Live to the setup this year!

If you were asking me, yes, I plan to take a bunch of screenshots and make some Sonar Recordings to use for a YouTube video. I've never used Mega Live in shallow water with a muddy bottom so I hope I can get it dialed in. All my experience is in a deep rocky bottom lake.

How'd the fishing go, and do you have the images or YouTube video you can share?

It worked great but I've been slammed with personal stuff since my return and haven't had a chance to put together the YouTube video. Now I'm headed to Florida on vacation so that will further delay it.

Here are a few screen captures but you really need the motion to do it justice.

Here is a link to a minute and a half raw Sonar Recording clip to give you an idea of the Mega Live and Bluegill beds in about 4 foot of water. The Jon Boat was blocking the left side of the return but it was a very active bed. This was with Mega Live v 1.150 firmware.

I finally completed the first of two YouTube videos I will be creating with the Bluegill Bed Sonar Recordings. This video addresses the question of Which is better for Bluegill Beds - Mega Live or Mega 360. I will be producing a much more detailed Mega Live video with more information about the Landscape setup for fishing in 4 to 4 1/2 ft of water as well as many additional Sonar Recordings of searching, additional beds, structure, and etc.

    Here is video #1:

That's weird. I put the YouTube URL in the post and it shows the video page. I've heard of the issue before but don't know why some people can't view them. Maybe just copy this and paste it into a browser window...
