    XRS Ordered

New 2023 XRS is ordered. As stated in someone else post it is going to be a long wait. My colors will be solid black, no pins, red mist flake on the top cap. 300R 1:75 Sportmaster - 32 Bravo FS, Ultrex, lithium batteries, but going simple on the electronics - Helix 9 and Helix 7 respectively. Rhino lining on the trailer with Moto Metal 962 wheels. The little bling on the boat will be Livorsi gauges, hoot foot plate, dead petal, red cup holders, red handles, red bezels through out. Also deleted the rod storage system.

No rod storage system? Do you just like to pile a bunch of rods in the box with socks on them? Or do you not plan to fish much?

I took the storage system out of mine can put a lot more in there without it. Usually use rod socks.
Also took the storage system out of the middle locker didn’t really care for it either.

Congrats!! I'm in the waiting process too. It will be late Fall for me. It will be worth it. I really thought about going all black, that will look bad to the bone. Ever since I saw that blacked out Ballistic I've been hooked. I went all smoke (black) with red gel pins.

I also did away with the rod organizer. I do rod socks and as mentioned can hold more rods that way. Plus, I really think putting the rods in and out of the rod organizer tubes is hard on eyelets on the longer rods. I used rod tubes even when I had the organizer to help protect the eyelets.

My thought as well on the rod organizer, that is why I deleted it.

Same. I removed the rod tubes and the center rod/tackle system. I'm gonna copy the skeeter rod storage system.

If it’s the RS 360 skeeter rod system, then I’m on board too! Two rotating holders. That’s freakin bad! I want it. Going to check the dimensions to see if it’ll work in mine. I don’t like piling a “hundred” rods in one box and having to dig through them to find the one I want. That’s why I was always partial to my XD’s 9 U-shaped holder. Easy to see and access. But, this rotating holder acts like it holds about 6 on each one. Spin and find. That’s what I call easy access.

Bravo 1 FS 31" coming with the new boat, what about a max5 ST (very pricey) or a 31" Pro Max as well.... Thoughts and/or opinions?
