    need better load carrying prop?

Running an X19 with an F200 Yamaha (1.86 gear ratio) with a Yamaha 25 sho prop, 6in. manual jp. 64gps unloaded and 5800rpm. When loaded with two big boys and tournament load, only getting 5400 and about 51 downhill with tailwind. I guess the question is whether to try different pitch, diameter, number of blades, engine height, all of the above? Spoke with Mark Croxton about a year ago when I killed a rock with my old Pt.25 and he said I should have more in it loaded but the gears concerned him some. haven't followed up with him after he suggested getting the sho prop. What's the best way to get rpms up and maybe the top end as well? Best I can remember the PtP was around 3.5" with good water pressure at full trim. Can't check it right now as the trim motor is being rebuilt. TIA

Those gears are no issue. Just 1 inch pitch change up or down compared to 2.0:1 or 1.75:1 gears. Test a 25P Bravo1 FS or XS..... Or Marks Razor4 XL.

Would I need to raise or lower plate? Mark told me a 4 blade probably not best choice, but he had none at that point. What is the diameter of those versus the 15 1/8 of the the sho prop?

Marks Razor4-XL is 15 in diameter. It can run high.
