The "VST" is only sold as a unit, no repair parts available due to liability concerns. Leaking gasoline can be explosive

I am actually a bit concerned about the unit sealing after completing the assembly.
I think I may test the water passage under pressure, at least I will know the fuel and water circuits are sealed from one another.

That is what I did. I might end up bypassing the fuel cooler system but there is always a fear of vapor lock and hard starts when hot. That or I go and hunt down Orings and post what I find on here :)

This is from a post some years ago. E-TEC VST orings are slightly different

FICHT vapor separator VST oring part numbers
you can service your vapor separator upon disassemble you will have about zero chances of getting the unit back together after tear down and cleaning the orings will have swollen and stretched just enough that successful reassembly isnt gonna happen without ruining the orings.

here are all the orings in the assembly from mcmaster carr I have listed the actual part # from mcmaster carr

    https://www.mcmaster.com/o-rings/

    part#5267t74 qty needed 2 package quantity 50

    part#5267t123 qty needed 4 package qty 10

    part#5267t53 qty needed 2 package qty 2

I am about the pressure test the water side now.
Hope my O-Rings survived, I put a slight coating of grease on them for ease of assembly.

Install complete, seems to run well. Need to take it for a run. Little windy at the moment.
